Process
How to participate as an exhibitor
These are the usual steps to book space at any of the halls at Fira de Lleida.
- 1. Choose the hall
Check the calendar and portfolio of halls to identify the trade show that best fits your business and your target audience.
- 2. Contact the commercial department
Write or call the Fira de Lleida commercial department indicating the hall you are interested in, the approximate surface area and the type of product or service you want to present.
- 3. Space booking
You will receive the space proposal and the economic conditions of the trade show. Participation is governed by the General Rules of Participation of the Foundation.
- 4. Setup and celebration
The technical department coordinates the setup, supplies and logistics of the venue during the setup, celebration and dismantling days.

Can I rent an entire pavilion for my own event?expand_more
Yes. Pavilions 3 and 4 can be rented for the holding of fairs and other activities. Consult the conditions and rates in the "Organize your event" section.
What is the size of the venue?expand_more
The venue has 70,000 m² of total exhibition space and 12,750 m² of covered space, in addition to five rooms with capacity for 700 attendees and ample parking.
